He has been a practice owner since 2009, when he first established an Australian financial advice business, building deep capability in wealth creation, retirement planning, and risk management.

Since 2014, Shane has served as Director and Principal Adviser at Xen Wealth Financial Advice, where he leads a boutique advisory firm committed to delivering clear, client focused financial strategies. His approach is grounded in integrity, strategic insight, and long term relationship building.

Shane also brings extensive leadership experience from elite Australian rugby, having held coaching roles with the ARU Under 20s, Queensland Reds, and GPS Premier Grade. This background strengthens his ability to mentor, guide teams, and apply disciplined strategic thinking—skills that complement his responsibilities as Director and Responsible Manager.
